If your dog is between sizes, we recommend prioritizing the Chest Girth measurement. Opt for the smaller size if your dog falls between two measurements to ensure a proper fit.

Maximizing Cooling Effects:
To achieve optimal cooling, we suggest the following steps: 1. Place the ice pack in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before use. 2. Thoroughly wet the vest with ice-cold water. 3. Regularly apply water to the vest to maintain its dampness.

Ice Pack Questions:
For size S & M, the cooling vest includes one ice pack, while sizes L to XXL come with two ice packs. If you find there’s no ice pack in your package, please check the pocket of the cooling vest to see if it’s there.
